Canceling or Changing An Order

All open orders, regardless of type, can be cancelled from the “Open Orders” window, which is located on the main page. By clicking on the particular order #, you are one step away from canceling that order. The confirmation box will appear and ask if you want to cancel the order. If you select “yes” the order will be cancelled unless already executed. The order will disappear from the open orders box once the “Yes” button is selected.

Please note that no alteration can be made to open orders, except cancellation. If you wish to change the entry or the exit rate in your order, cancel the existing open order and submit a new one.
