The report is broken down into the following four parts: Account Balance, Open Orders, Open Trades, and Settled Trades.
Account Balance
- Begin Balance - The amount of funds present in the account at the beginning of the requested period.
- Deposit - All funds placed into the account after the beginning of the requested period.
- Withdrawal - All funds taken from the account after the beginning of the requested period

- Charges - The total amount of all charges to the account after the beginning of the requested period
- Trade P+/L- The total amount that the account has profited or lost as a result of trading activity, including rollover charges.
- Current Balance - The amount of funds in the account at the time when report is generated prior to adjustments made for profits and/or losses being associated with open trades.
- Total Revalue - The profit or losses that would result from all the open trades in the account being liquidated at current market prices.
- Equity - The Current Balance minus Total Revalue.
- Used Margin - Total amount of margin being used to support open positions
- Usable Margin - Amount of margin remaining to place additional trades or to sustain market movements against open positions. Calculated as Equity minus Used Margin.
- Required margin - Percentage of the numerical value of the Base (first) Currency in a pair required to open and sustain a 1-unit position
Open Orders and Open Trades
The Open Orders and Open Trades sections provide details on every order and trade open on your account at the time when your report is generated
Settled Trades
The Settled Trades section provides information regarding positions that have been liquidated (closed) during the time period covered by the report. The report contains the exact time and reason why the position was closed. There are two possible entries in the reason column: ASKING or MARGIN. Asking means the trade was closed by an action originated by the trader. Margin means that Dealing Desk liquidated the position because of insufficient equity in the account to support the minimum margin requirement demanded by existing orders.
