Acceleration/Deceleration (AC) |
|
AC measures acceleration and deceleration of the current assumed trend. It is derived from AO (Awesome Oscillator) indicator. The signal is generated by subtracting a smoothing line, just the simple average, of AO from original AO.
As long as the color of signal remains the same, the current trend is considered to have enough momentum. In addition, an increasing signal bar simply means the momentum increases faster, thus displaying the accelerating effect on the currency price.
